Accounts Admin Assistant

Contract: 6 month Fixed Term contract with potential to extend further.

Location: I Bevington Path, London SE1 3PW

Nearest Tube: London Bridge or Tower Hill

Position

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in Finance and work in the music industry with a finance team currently migrating to a new finance system.  You will assist in the daily operations of the Finance department, taking on your own tasks as well as assisting the Finance Manager with Ad hoc projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare Payment Runs & EFT Payments
  • Point of contact for invoice payment queries
  • Distribute Remittances and Recharge backup to Labels
  • Credit Card & Cash Expenses management
  • Vendor Set up
  • Vendor Reconciliations
  • Assist Finance Manager with Adhoc queries
  • Filing

 Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of Excel with basic knowledge of Vlookup, Pivot tables is desirable
  • Experience working in a busy finance team would be helpful
  • Must be flexible to meet ad hoc requirements
  • Team player and also capable of working on your own initiative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised and methodical with good attention to detail
