A moment of sheer beauty up close and personal with Editors at Studio Brussel
Monday 12 March 2018 Editors were invited by national radio Studio Brussels to swap their usual 20.000 arena for this breathtaking room which is part of the Benedictines abbey in the historical town of Sint-Truiden, Belgium to present some songs from their new album ‘Violence’.
In this small and acoustic setting, some very lucky fans who travelled from all over the country to be there, shared a moment of sheer beauty up close and personal with Editors. You can re-watch this very special show above.
But there’s more. A year prior to this showcase, Editors had played Studio Brussels’ Music For Life show which had raised 124.300 euros for Oxfam. One year later, this special abbey show was recorded and released as a limited run on vinyl only, raising again close to 20.000 euro for Oxfam again.
